All seven candidates are listed. The Labour candidate has a note below his name which indicates that he has been 'deselected.' I have no idea whether this is correct. Maybe we shall hear more later in the day. The fact of the matter is that he cannot have been 'deselected' for his name - John Cowan - must already be on the ballot papers. I know people who have received postal voting ballot papers. Here is Mr Cowan. Labour voters living in South East Cambridgeshire would be well advised not to vote for him.
